Little Bit of Heaven Bed and
Breakfast. "The Little Bit of Heaven Bed and Breakfast is located in a
beautiful Victorian Home located 7 miles from Letchworth State Park and less
than 2 miles from Silver Lake. Elegance and charm describe the decor of this
beautiful home. The House was built by Joseph Duncan and his wife Addie in
1893. They entertained both Theodore Roosevelt and Booker T Washington in
the house. The first floor hosts a spacious living room and front parlor for
relaxing and conversation. The house has two enclosed porches which open
onto the grounds and provide an area for privacy and quiet reflection. The
formal dinning room provides an elegant setting for breakfast, which is
routinely served at 8:30 a.m. The facility has wireless Internet access for
the guests. The facility has four guest rooms. The Theodore Roosevelt Suite
is a spacious bedroom with a private setting area, T.V. and A.C., antique
furnishings, hardwood floors, oriental rug, ornate queen size bed, ceiling
fan, private deck, stained glass window, and a large private bathroom with
shower. This room provides luxurious accommodations for that special event.
The Booker T Washington Room has a white cast iron queen size bed, T.V. and
A.C., ceiling fan, private whirlpool tub, antique furnishings, and private
bathroom. (This room does not have a shower.) The Joseph Schamberger Room
has a queen size high oak back bed, T.V. and A.C., ceiling fan, built in
closet with double full length mirror, antique furnishings, beautiful
hardwood floors, and private bathroom with shower. The Joseph Duncan Room is
on the first floor and has either twin beds or a king size bed, A.C. and
T.V. antique furnishings, beautiful hardwood floors, and a private bathroom
with shower and bath unit and a private dressing area."
